Video Project Proposal
Hey Russ!
We’ve put together a broad idea of what we can provide for Fitness EMS based on our conversation on 1/16/24 and your follow-up email.
Our primary goal is to provide several 15-30sec ads based off a larger flagship video targeted towards club owners/managers. Our crew is primarily 2-4 people making us quite agile and as least invasive as possible to capture a quick and authentic experience and have the capabilities to bring in a larger team for projects that require the whole nine yards.
Below the project options, are some of our 2-person team projects selected to give some examples of similar work.

Option 1
Interview-style video with representative from Fitness EMS talking through the what the product is.
What you’ll get:
1-3 minute flagship brand story video
Two 15 sec b-roll edits showing the benefits of the product through text on screen or voiceover from the brand story video
One 8-hour day of filming.
Inspiration:
Starting Rate: $3,500
Option 2
Interview-style scripted and telepromptered video of Fitness EMS representative talking through the product with intercut testimonial video from current client.
What you’ll get:
1-3 minute flagship brand story/testimonial video
Two 15 sec B-Roll edits showing the benefits of the product through text on screen or voiceover from the main video
1-2 days of filming
Inspiration:
Starting Rate: $4,500
Option 3
Voiceover based storytelling of what a gym provides for it’s users and how what Fitness EMS provides is essential to making that happen. This would include footage of the gym in use, technicians working on equipment, and the software in use.
What you’ll get:
1-2 minute flagship ad with professional voiceover
Optional casting of gym members and manager
One 15-30 sec shortened version
1-3 days of filming
